One thing that really impressed me was that during the process of looking at houses, she was very honest about specifics. She even pointed out negatives and possible future issues that I would not have noticed. We were looking for a good while, and she never got discouraged. She was also very good at hunting for properties that had the amenities we requested. The house I ended up buying was one I had totally missed in all my house searching. Very upfront and very realistic.
